Andrew Borger - National Head of Commercial, Leighton Properties
Position on GBCA Board: Director
Andrew Borger is the National Head of Commercial for Leighton Properties, and is currently responsible for a number of major Green Star projects:
- Green Square North Tower (6 Star Green Star - Office Design and As Built v2 ratings)
- Green Square South Tower (5 Star Green Star - Office Design and As Built v2 ratings)
- 400 George Street (5 Star Green Star - Office Design and As Built v2).
Andrew Borger has been actively involved in the property and development industries for more than 20 years, most of those in Queensland. Working with organisations such as Leighton Properties, Lend Lease and the Seymour Group, Andrew has been responsible for the delivery of more than 20 major developments. Development highlights include Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore, Sebel of Noosa, 175 Eagle St, ANZ Centre and Riveredge Bulimba.
