The Green Building Council of Australia (GBCA) is a highly influential propery association with over 600 industry and government organisational members. This role would suit a driven and enthusiastic individual who is willing to assist in shaping Australia's green built environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced Education and Training Manager to take responsibility of the commercial delivery of our range of Green Star and associated courses. Ideally you will have experience within a similar organisation delivering AQTF programs to a wide variety of stakeholders.

Some of the responsibilities include:
- Review and monitor targets and budgets
- Manage and develop courses and resources
- Manage and mentor education team
- Ongoing development of the GBCA Faculty
- Manage the registered training organisation accreditation process
- Develop, manage and implement flexible delivery of courses

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in securing new business in commercial and funded training
- Understanding of and ability to work within the AQTF requirements
- Experience coordinating government funded programs
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (or equivalent)
- Experience with online environment
- Experience reporting against KPIs and financial targets
- Experience managing diverse stakeholder groups
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
